Who should read this book?

I work in marketing. On the agency side, but still: I’m a marketeer. So when I started this little adventure of writing down some of my experiences during my years managing an agency, of course I thought about my persona’s. Who should read this stuff?

And who shouldn’t?

To start with the latter: I don’t think you will need a lot of help if you already run an agency of around 75 people. Or more. You know the drills. You probably have more than enough people with serious business skills on board. Or you’re part of a huge conglomerate where they have all the rules, all the key numbers written out for you.

My belief is that any entrepreneur running an agency with just two employees up to around fifty should find this book helpful. Sometimes recognizable. At a few moments I hope you will laugh a little. Life is serious, but running an agency is a lot of fun most of the times. So, cheer up. We will help you turn the fun into a profit. Of 20 percent. Ebitda, that is.

Alright, start reading. And find out.
